What HourFarming is

HourFarming is a hosted service that signs Steam accounts you control into Steam from our servers and idles games you choose, so those accounts accumulate playtime. You interact with it through a web control panel.

Your account and your Steam accounts

You may only add Steam accounts that you own or are explicitly authorized to operate. You are responsible for everything done with your HourFarming account and for keeping its credentials safe. We may suspend accounts used to farm Steam accounts that aren’t yours, to abuse other users, or to attack the service. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a paid plan; Steam’s own age requirements apply to any account you add.

Steam and Valve

HourFarming is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Idling playtime may conflict with Valve’s terms or future policy; you use HourFarming on your own Steam accounts at your own risk. We make no promise that Valve will never act against an account that farms playtime, and we are not liable for actions Valve takes against your Steam accounts.

Payments, cancellation and refunds

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then falls back to the free tier. If the service isn’t working for you, contact us within 7 days of a charge and we’ll refund that charge. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you already paid for.

Service, as provided

We work hard to keep fleets farming continuously, but HourFarming is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Steam outages, rate limits, and forced session conflicts are outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time, which stops all farming and removes your Steam credentials from our systems. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with a refund of any unused paid period unless the violation was abusive or unlawful.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we’ll notify you by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use HourFarming after that is acceptance of the new terms.
