What happens when I use my 100 free hours?
The free tier banks up to 100 farmed hours each month, counted across all games. When they’re spent, farming pauses until the month rolls over — or upgrade and it resumes immediately. Nothing is deleted and hours you already banked are yours.
What counts as an account?
One Steam account added to your fleet, farming or not. You can delete an account and add a different one whenever you like — the limit is how many exist at once.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the end of the current billing period. If you downgrade below your current account count, extra accounts stop farming but nothing is deleted.
What’s your refund policy?
If HourFarming isn’t farming for you, tell us within 7 days of a charge and we’ll refund it. After that, cancelling stops future charges and your plan runs out the period you paid for.
Are Rep Farm point packs a subscription?
No. Point packs for the comment exchange are one-time purchases — buy one when you want it, nothing renews. Prices are shown in the app before you pay, and a refunded pack simply removes the points it added. Earning points by commenting is free on every plan.
Why is there a 32-game cap?
32 is Steam’s own hard limit on concurrent games per account, not ours — Fleet unlocks all of it. Free and Starter cap lower (3 and 10 games) as plan limits. Limited (non-purchasing) accounts are capped at 5 by Steam as well.
